Rosen Plaza Hotel Orlando Convention Center, Orlando

I had a wonderful stay at the Rosen hotel in Orlando. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers great facilities. The staff, especially Andy at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. However, noise from other guests was a significant issue that affected my overall experience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious and clean rooms that were available promptly upon request. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating to various guests' needs. The location was amazing, offering convenience to attractions and dining options. While the dining experience was a bit pricey, the facilities were top-notch.

The Rosen hotel provided a clean, spacious, and nicely decorated room with good amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and gym. While noise from other guests was a downside, the hotel staff made efforts to address it, and the overall experience was pleasant, especially with friendly staff and excellent facilities like the outstanding restaurant and warm pool.

The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with nice views from high floors, but they were not ready upon our arrival. The service staff were super friendly and great at their jobs, especially during breakfast. The location was spotless and relaxing, though we did not have much time to explore due to visits to theme parks. The dining experience was good, particularly at the 39 bar/grill, and the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was just okay for the price. The rooms are getting slightly dated and could do with a makeover. I had reserved a king room in advance but was given a handicap accessible one instead, which was not very accessible. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants within walking distance, but overlooking the pool and being above the night club was a bit noisy.
